In my last post How to Get a Post-baby flat Tummy the Nigerian Way I said I was going to let you know how Nigerian mothers get back their flat tummy. Well I decided to tell you how I got mine.
Many women are usually not faithful when it comes to following the processes of getting their body and tummy back at the first 3 months after child birth. This could be because they still have to prepare their own meal and take care of other kids. If you fall in this category well I have great news for you.
You can still get your body and tummy back 6 to 9 months after delivery.

Some people say after 3 months, you stop tying your tummy because after 3 months, the tummy becomes harder and the only way for a flat tummy is through exercise or surgery. I used to believe this but because I still want to look hot for my husband, I decided to experiment.
My tummy looked like that of a 6 months pregnant woman and my baby was already 91/2 months old.

I noticed that when I lay in the bed my tummy looked so flat so I got up from the bed, picked a wrapper made a triangle shape then folded the wrapper in a rectangular form so it goes round my tummy.
I tied the wrapper on my tummy while laying down on the bed lifting my hip up so that I can get it while my tummy is"flat".
I got up and made it tighter. You can tell your spouse or someone to do it for you. It might hurt a little because it's the first day.
That's why you need to start at night to resist the urge to take it off.

2. Go to bed
If too tight, loosen a bit then sleep and wait for your result the next morning.

When you wake up the next morning, you would notice a slight allowance between your tummy and the wrapper.

Take the wrapper off and have a bath or shower, tie it again before you put on your clothes. If you are going out you can use a girdle but tie the wrapper immediately you get home. If you are a stay at home mom, you leave the wrapper on all day and only take it off when you want to shower.

4.Ensure you tie before meal
This would help you eat in bits because eating a lot would make the wrapper seem tighter and painful. You are double work done; shedding baby fat and also getting a flat tummy.

5. Continue process
Continue the process for a month and you would be surprise.

6. Be Patient
It could be uncomfortable at first but your body would get used to it.
