Hey everyone,  I have decided to start a daily  whatsapp shares. Since I started using whatsapp  I have come across very funny,  absurd,  interesting,  intriguing, annoying, sad, informative articles/words shared by people. I mostly do not agree with things shared on Whatsapp but some are are eye openers. I want to share anyone that gets me and would like to know of your thought on anything shared. Remember to follow these basic tips to ensure you get the best out of what you eat: 1. Spread out your meals through the day instead of consuming three heavy meals. Try and have at least five to six small portions or meals through the day. This would help you not gain unnecessary weight. 2. Have your meals at a gap of about two hours. The Niger State Police Command has arrested a 14-year-old wife from Lifari Village in the Mashegu Local Government Area of the state for allegedly killing her 40-year-old husband, Isiaka Usman. The suspect, Aisha Isah, and the late Usman, to whom she got married five months ago, were said to be cousins. According to report, the teenage wife had been complaining of starvation and maltreatment since she started living with Usman, who already had two wives. Isah told newsmen on Tuesday that her late husband failed to provide for her for two days, hence her action. “And when I confronted him, he slapped me and out of anger, I hit him on the forehead with a pestle and he collapsed and died,” she explained. Why did  Pope Francis visit Portugal? Do you know about the three  children of Fatima? They where visited by an angel and the blessed Virgin Mary.  They were taught to pray for the reparation of sinners.  They were told to pray for Russia,  who at that time the children thought Russia was a bad woman. They were told that the two of them would  be taken to heaven while one of them would stay behind and share the secrets and messages with the world.  They are Francisco,  Jacinta and Lucia. Today marks the 100 years since the apparition.  The little  ones who died Francisco and Jacinta  would be canonized on the 13th May,  2017. Lucia who became a nun did at the age of 97.
